Shipping

  • Most items ship within 1-2 business days
  • We make every effort to ship the same day if your order is placed by 1:00 PM CST, or the next day if placed later.
  • If you have a question about the shipping timeframe for a specific map please call 830-438-4080
  • Shipping times given are only estimates. Sometimes items are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If an item is lost in transit we will replace it however, we ask that you allow 2 full weeks for the item to reach you.
  • Our maps come rolled and shipped in a sturdy carboard tube.
  • We use UPS and the USPS as our primary forms of shipment
  • You will receive a tracking number when your item ships via email
